This document sets out the legally binding commercial terms and technical disclaimers for all freelance code delivery and server database work performed on your web properties by imrans.uk.

Non-Refundable Labor Cost Policy

When you instruct me to begin work and I initiate my Day 1 database clean protocols, all paid project fees are instantly 100% final and non-refundable. I do not provide money-back setups, trial windows, or rolling payment holdbacks. 

Your investment pays directly for manual engineering labor hours, custom code compilation, and structured metadata architecture written exclusively for your local business registration. If your transport firm experiences driver shortages, licensing changes from your local council, office restructuring, or complete business closure after my turn begins, no financial liabilities or payment rollbacks will be issued. 

I will aggressively defend against any chargeback attempt or transaction dispute by submitting this contractual policy directly to your banking handler.

Zero Rank Placement Promises

I build clean, rapid, machine-readable backend layouts engineered to meet the highest optimization criteria used by modern networks. However, I provide absolutely zero guarantees or promises of any specific rank, layout position, call volume, or map pack placement on traditional search platforms or conversational AI overview systems. 

Search platforms are fully controlled by third-party corporations that rewrite their ranking parameters, local search rules, and map index layouts without notice.

Indemnification from Legacy Server Errors

I operate purely as an optimization engineer, not as a general webmaster, theme designer, or recovery center for broken software. I am completely exempt from all liability regarding pre-existing layout flaws, broken database lines, obsolete PHP structures, theme display bugs, or malware instances caused by your past developers. 

If your website breaks because it runs pirated plugins, unpatched core software, or unstable layouts that crash during my 10-day development turn, the technical obligation and cost to fix those underlying bugs rests entirely with you. My structural pipeline focuses exclusively on cleaning search data paths. 

I do not accept liability for any platform downtime, loss of booking volume, or office software synchronization failures caused by historical site issues. This absolute shield applies across all technical fields, including my booking app integration page.

Technical Project Boundaries

My engineering schedule runs for exactly 10 working days, concluding when I submit your fresh XML map records inside Search Console. The moment I deliver your structural performance report, my work is complete, and my technical involvement with your platform ends. 

This is a definitive, one-off transaction with zero ongoing maintenance, zero continuous software monitoring, and zero content additions. If you require future adjustments, theme updates, text changes, or new city route pages added later, those items require a completely separate project invoice. 

I do not offer free ongoing phone or email advice after project sign-off. Any communication outside active, paid development blocks is managed purely at my own discretion.
